Responsibilities / Tasks
- Engineering & Design: Define, calculate, and design mechanical and process systems.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare specifications, procurement documents, reports, and manuals.
- Process Calculations: Size pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pipelines, and select instrumentation.
- 3D Design Supervision: Oversee models, layouts, and preassemblies.
- Procurement & Tendering: Prepare tenders and material lists.
- On-Site Supervision: Ensure quality during assembly and support commissioning.
- Safety & Compliance: Guarantee adherence to regulations and company standards.
- Coordination: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
- Reporting & Sales Support: Track KPIs and assist in planning.
- Travel: Extensive travel and long stays at project sites.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology.
- Process knowledge in the chemical, dairy, food, or beverage industries is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Spanish & English (mandatory); Chinese, French, or German is a plus.
- Strong management capabilities to lead both internal and external teams in a project environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Project finance knowledge (budgeting, cost control, forecasting).

Think Ahead Education is an organisation dedicated to supporting educational excellence across the British and IB systems. Our purpose is to help schools and students meet today’s academic challenges through innovative, flexible, and high-quality tutoring.
As we expand our work with educational institutions, we are looking to collaborate with experienced tutors interested in contributing to our growing B2B service for schools. This new initiative is designed to provide schools with access to personalised online academic support, delivered by outstanding professionals.
The role involves providing flexible, online/onsite tutoring across a range of subject areas, including:
- General subject support in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language and Literature, History, and others.
- Exam preparation for IGCSE, A-Level, and IB programmes (including resits).
- Guidance for Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) projects.
- Specialist tuition in advanced subjects such as Further Mathematics, Politics, and Philosophy.
- Temporary teaching cover delivered online, to help schools manage absences or vacancies.
We are looking for tutors with:
- Experience teaching within British and/or IB systems.
- The ability to conduct lessons online to a high professional standard.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a range of learners and academic needs.
- A commitment to delivering personalised, effective tuition.
What we offer:
