What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of 3 years in AI project management or digital transformation with ability to design and implement AI roadmaps aligned with business strategies.

• Outstanding coordinating cross-functional projects and managing resources skills
• Strong AI technologies, data governance, and analytics platforms skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset

Overview

Overview of the Role The Finance department of three people keeps all the records of the financial affairs of the business. We are looking for a Finance Trainee. The principal purpose of the Finance Trainee is data processing within the accounting software and assisting other members of the team with monthly tasks.

You’ll be involved in the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Additionally, you’ll assist in preparing documentation for external audits, gaining firsthand experience in audit support. Your analytical mindset will be put to good use as you help develop and monitor KPI analysis, and resolve issues related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. Expect to work with financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, while deepening your understanding of financial reporting and general ledger operations.
