- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools into existing finance systems while maintaining compliance with global regulations, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and operations to embed digital finance solutions into core processes, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and adoption.
- Manage global change initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and foster a culture of innovation within the finance organization.

- A strategic mindset with hands-on ability to drive projects from concept to implementation.
- Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align finance, IT, and operational teams toward shared digital goals.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data governance as they relate to digital finance systems.
- Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Opportunities to work on strategic projects and make a tangible impact.
