For the role of Product Specialist Cloud Services we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.
The responsibilities include:
- Identify data points and build better reporting capabilities to help the Portfolio team make the correct business decisions and recommendations to the SLT.
- Drive the growth of our portfolio by active collaboration with the portfolio team and local product managers.
- Champion our value propositions amongst the various channels/OpCo’s through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Engage and support sales and commercial teams with customer opportunities.
- Support industry analyst briefings and submissions for Cloud Services.
- Support with developing business cases, strategic portfolio plans and forecasts to drive change and innovation.
- Champion customer and business needs, translating these into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Manage the in-life performance of existing cloud services, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Support the development and launch of new cloud services tailored for SMB customers.
- Collaborate with Go to Market, Technology, Partner Management and Build/Run teams across Group and local markets.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including service descriptions and internal enablement materials.
- Ensure services meet internal quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Participate in internal governance forums and portfolio reviews to represent the Cloud Services roadmap.

As Product Manager - Data (Marketplace), you'll lead the data product strategy and roadmap for our Marketplace domain. Your work will ensure that the right data is available, reliable, and actionable to drive partner and consumer growth on our Marketplace across all markets.
You'll collaborate with analysts, analytics engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to define key metrics, design scalable data solutions, and help make our teams more data-driven every day. This is a high-impact role focused on creating clarity, enabling decisions, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Own and define the Marketplace data product roadmap, aligning with business goals and analytics needs.
- Work closely with product and business teams to translate strategic problems into data requirements, from metrics to dashboards and models, and ultimately relevant insights.
- Deliver data solutions that drive growth across conversion, engagement, supply, and retention.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Analytics to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability.
- Define and maintain core Marketplace metrics, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.
- Promote data self-service by enabling teams to independently access and understand key insights.
- Support experimentation and tracking frameworks to enable fast learning and decision-making.
- Act as the bridge between Marketplace stakeholders and the Data team, ensuring the right priorities are efficiently addressed.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in data, SaaS, marketplace, or B2B/B2C tech environments.
- Comfortable working with technical teams (data engineers, analysts) and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data products, including data models, tracking plans, KPIs, and reporting and analysis needs to drive actionable insights.
- Confident navigating data tools like Looker, Mixpanel, or SQL-based systems (even if not hands-on daily).
- Skilled at prioritising across multiple markets, teams, and stakeholders with clear, structured communication.
- Analytical mindset with a strong sense of business impact and outcome-driven thinking.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.

PRODUCT MANAGER OYSHO
Define, plan and execute the commercial strategy for the season for the markets and lines assigned, selecting the product and setting the commercial, distribution and communication directives, in order to reach the established objectives.
Position duties
· Assess and select the product with the objective of having a product adapted to the assigned markets and stores, while identifying and establishing the special gaps or needs in those markets.
· Define, plan and execute the commercial strategy of the product: Product life cycle, Collection updates, coordination with the clothing collection (cross-selling), inclusion of the product in special collections, etc.
· Define and plan the correct times and quantities of merchandise to stock the stores and establish the initial roll-out of the product in the markets.
· Establish the working procedures and communicate with stores, store directors and HQ to provide an appropriate management of the product, providing solutions at all times and unifying criteria.
· Develop market studies to define new product, promotion, price or communication strategies, to engage new customers in new and developed markets.
· Forecast and daily analysis for the detection of product and merchandising needs, producing interesting findings for the business areas.
Academic training
· Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, Economics, Advertising or similar.
· Master or higher degree in Communication, Commercial Management or Marketing or qualifications specializing in fashion will be highly regarded.
Specific knowledge
· High level of English and Spanish.
· Strong knowledge of Fashion & Trends, with a special focus on activewear and sports lifestyle.
· Sales & Marketing expertise, with analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
