¿Qué proyectos desarrollamos?

Desde el equipo de Digital Data buscamos generar insights que permitan a CaixaBank impulsar la venta digital y la mejora de la experiencia de cliente. Actualmente estamos buscando un Senior Data Analyst que nos ayude a administrar y analizar las diferentes fuentes de información, permitiendo a CaixaBank mejorar la Web/App de CaixaBank mediante un test-and-learn continuado.

Las Principales Responsabilidades Serán

• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares y clientes internos para comprender sus necesidades de datos y proporcionar recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en el análisis de datos.
• Desarrollar análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos para impulsar decisiones y estrategias comerciales y de productos, extrayendo información útil y resolviendo problemas comerciales complejos.
• Utilizar técnicas de análisis avanzadas para analizar conjuntos de datos grandes y complejos, identificando patrones, tendencias y correlaciones.
• Realizar análisis de impacto en cambios de Producto / App, con visión integral desde conversión hasta impacto en métricas de Negocio
• Garantizar el cumplimiento, la gobernanza y la calidad de los datos.
• Limpiar y preprocesar datos para garantizar su integridad y facilidad de uso con fines de análisis y modelado.
  
  

Requisitos mínimos

• Licenciatura o máster en un grado STEM (ingeniería, estadística, matemáticas, física, …)
• Más de 5 años de experiencia laboral relevante como analista de datos, data scientist o puesto similar.
• Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas, con capacidad de pensamiento analítico y crítico.
• Orientación a impacto en Negocio y Experiencia Cliente.
• Excelentes dotes de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para explicar conceptos complejos de forma clara y concisa.
• Gran dominio de SQL y experiencia en la preparación, consolidación y normalización de datos.
