Llevamos la magia del teatro a miles de espectadores y buscamos un/a director/a de arte digital apasionado/a que desee aportar su creatividad y talento para que cada producción brille con luz propia.

¿Qué harás en este puesto?

Serás el/la responsable de la identidad visual de nuestros espectáculos, asegurando que cada pieza gráfica transmita la esencia y emoción de nuestras producciones.

Tus funciones incluirán:

✅ Diseño y adaptación de materiales gráficos para redes sociales, campañas de paid media, newsletters, folletos, cartelería y otros soportes.

✅ Desarrollo de dossieres de venta y presentaciones atractivas para colaboradores, prensa, portales de ocio, grupos y patrocinadores.

✅ Diseño de landing pages y piezas digitales para campañas promocionales.

✅ Edición de vídeo y motion graphics (valorable, pero no excluyente).

✅ Creatividad aplicada a campañas específicas como Black Friday, Día del Padre, etc.

✅ Adaptación de diseños para entornos online y offline, entendiendo los circuitos de comunicación del sector.

✅ Colaboración con la dirección creativa y otros departamentos en la conceptualización de campañas.

🎭 Pasión por la cultura y los espectáculos: queremos a alguien que disfrute de los musicales y eventos en vivo.

🎨 Habilidades técnicas: dominio de la Suite de Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, y especialmente Adobe XD).

🎬 Conocimientos de motion graphics (After Effects) son un plus, pero no imprescindibles.

Sus funciones serán las siguientes:

• Liderar el desarrollo de proyectos residenciales desde la fase inicial hasta la entrega.

• Coordinar equipos internos (arquitectura) y externos (estudios, consultoras, ingenierías, constructoras), controlando plazos, costes y calidad en todas las fases.

• Coordinar revisiones técnicas cruzadas con otros departamentos (oficina técnica, industrialización, sostenibilidad, postventa).

• Asignar recursos y tareas según la carga de trabajo y la fase de cada proyecto.

•Fomentar la mejora continua en procesos de diseño, documentación y coordinación BIM.

• Participar en el análisis técnico de parcelas en estudio para adquisición.

• Realizar estudios de viabilidad urbanística y encajes preliminares de edificabilidad.

• Aportar criterios técnicos y de diseño que optimicen el aprovechamiento del suelo y la rentabilidad del proyecto.

• Participar activamente en grupos internos de innovación, industrialización y estandarización.

• Impulsar la integración de tecnologías como BIM (en todas las fases del proyecto, anteproyecto, proyecto básico y de ejecución), IA, realidad virtual o gemelos digitales.

• Desarrollar catálogos de soluciones, detalles tipo y manuales técnicos.

• Ser el punto de contacto técnico entre la promotora y estudios externos, constructoras, ingenierías y administración pública.

• Comunicar avances, riesgos y decisiones clave a dirección general y otras áreas (comercial, postventa, legal).

• Participar en comités de seguimiento de proyectos y en la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

• Supervisar la correcta gestión de licencias, visados, certificados energéticos y documentación técnica.

• Tramitar las licencias urbanísticas, calificaciones provisionales y definitivas, declaraciones responsables, requeridos y cualquier otra gestión con las distintas administraciones públicas y otros organismos dependientes de la Administración para el desarrollo de la actividad de promoción y construcción de Vía Ágora

• Asegurar la trazabilidad documental en plataformas colaborativas (BIM 360)

Requisitos:

• Formación en Arquitectura Superior
• Experiencia liderando proyectos residenciales.
• Amplia experiencia previa como Director/a de departamento de proyectos
• Experiencia en realización de trámites con la Administración Pública, compañías suministradoras.
• Control y seguimiento de obra a nivel de calidad de plazos y costes
• Experiencia en revisión de proyectos y gestión de equipos de trabajo
