Key Responsibilities
- Supports the Culinary Team in daily preparations, ensuring ingredients, utensils and equipment are ready for service.
- Maintains a spotless, organised kitchen environment, in line with The Pacha Group’s hygiene and safety protocols.
- Washes, cleans, and stores kitchen tools and equipment with care and consistency, upholding impeccable standards at every touchpoint.
- Assists in the receiving and storing of deliveries, ensuring freshness, labelling accuracy and stock rotation.
- Prepares basic ingredients and mise-en-place under the supervision of senior culinary team members.
- Ensures all workstations are fully stocked and operational, contributing to a seamless and efficient service flow.
- Follows Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and food safety guidelines diligently, demonstrating responsibility and awareness in every task.
- Supports set-up and breakdown of kitchen stations, maintaining order and readiness before and after each service.

About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Payable position to join Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders and required approvals.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely invoice approval and compliance with internal workflows.
- Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payments, maintaining accurate and well-organized financial records.
- Support purchasing and receiving processes through reporting and financial reconciliation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and collaborate in internal and external audit processes.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- Degree or vocational training in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record as a Commis 1 or in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment or fine dining restaurant.
- A Culinary Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Solid time management and multitasking skills to excel in a busy kitchen and maintain consistent service during high-volume periods.
- Sound knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles and practices, and a clear understanding of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards and operational best practices.

As a Trainee in our Finance department, you will support the team in the hotel's financial operations while also participating in the business's treasury and accounting activities.
You will report to the Director of Finance & Business Support.Your Day to Day
- Provide support in verifying that the daily city ledger balances, guest ledger balances, and advance deposit ledger balances in the Property Management System (PMS) reconcile with the sum of the previous month's closing balance and the net changes in the PMS for the current month to date.
- Assist in preparing the daily revenue journal, ensuring that revenues are correctly classified under their corresponding general ledger codes.
- Update the cashier contract list and prepare end-of-month reconciliations for cash accounts.
- Verify all credit card invoices against the daily business report and prepare credit card and bank reconciliation sheets.
- Support in monthly and annual closings.

Objetivo del Puesto

- Supervisión de los siguientes Puntos de Venta: Valencia, Alicante, Palma de Mallorca.
Requisitos
Experiencia en gestión retail, manejo de herramientas informáticas, liderazgo de equipos y supervisión de múltiples puntos de venta;
- Conocimientos en técnicas de venta y merchandising;
- Interpretacion de datos comerciales y de rendimiento;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y habilidades para la resolución de conflictos;
