El trabajo de Sushiman/woman se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

• Prepara la mise en place y maneja la preparación del sushi siguendo los estándares y normas.
• Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC).
• Se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados.
• Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes.
  
  

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: preparar los utensilios de cocina para su uso. Reunir y preparar los ingredientes y preparar los platos de sushi de la carta. Ayudar en la comprobación, recepción y almacenamiento de mercancías. Mantener las zonas de almacenamiento ordenadas.

What We Are Looking For

The job of Sushiman/woman is successfully executed when:

• Prepares the mise en place and manages the preparation of sushi following standards and norms.
• Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with.
• Energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
• Good communication is maintained with all colleagues within the team and other departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations and the wellbeing of guests in any way.
  
  

Typical job responsibilities include: Preparing kitchen utensils for use. Gathering and preparing ingredients and preparing sushi dishes from the menu. Assisting in the checking, receiving and storage of goods. Keeping storage areas tidy.

Requisitos

La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

• Conocimientos de elaboración de distintos tipos de sushi y sus técnicas.
• Experiencia previa elaborando shushi.
• Mentalidad abierta y ciudadanía europea.
• Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
• Hablar español o inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
• Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
• Ser dinámico, innovador, pragmático.
  
  

Requirements

The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities:

• Knowledge of making different types of sushi and their techniques.
• Previous experience in making shushi.
• Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position.
• Focused on service and highly oriented to customer and results.
• Speak Spanish and English. Any other language is considered a plus.
• Knowledge and experience in 5 star/luxury hotels.
• Great knowledge of the island of Ibiza and its lifestyle.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Dynamic, innovative, pragmatic.
