What You’ll Do
- Research and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads.
- Engage, consult, and close local deals via phone, email, and social selling.
- Consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets.
- Build in-depth understanding of merchant businesses, markets, and revenue drivers.
- Use your sales strategy knowledge to structure profitable, effective deals.
- Lead the contract negotiation process with confidence.
- Collaborate with post-sale teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
- Are a native Spanish speaker with intermediate English (B1+)
- Have proven success in sales, ideally in inside sales via phone, email, or social selling
- Are target-driven, experienced working with KPIs and sales quotas
- Have strong negotiation, problem-solving, and sales instincts 💼
- Possess excellent listening and communication skills 👂
- Are resilient, diligent, and persistent in the face of challenges
- Are not afraid of tough conversations with prospects or clients 💬
- Have a true passion for sales, convincing, and creating win-win solutions 🔥
