At Ikos Resorts, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Sports Manager to lead and oversee all sports activities, fitness facilities, and recreational programs within our resort.

About the Role

The Sports Manager ensures:

• Smooth daily operations of all sports & fitness activities

• Exceptional guest satisfaction and engagement

• High-performing and motivated teams

• Safe, well-maintained, and fully operational facilities

You will collaborate closely with Academies, Recreation Team Leaders, and cross-functional departments to deliver premium guest experiences aligned with the Ikos service philosophy.
