Responsabilidades
- Trabajamos en entorno cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) y usamos las herramientas adecuadas para cada problema en concreto.
- Traducir las necesidades de negocio a modelos predictivos, su dimensionamiento y productivización, así como la activación y monitorización de estas predicciones en relación a los OKRs.
- Desarollar modelos matemáticos avanzados basados en técnicas de machine learning, especialmente en modelos predictivos de clasificación (i.e., bagging, boosting) y clusterización (i.e., K-means, Mean Shift).
Requisitos:
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años en las funciones descritas.
- Tener conocimientos de desarrollo de software, Object Oriented Programing, y manejo avanzado de Python: estructuras de datos y principales librerías (i.e., numpy, pandas, sklearn, Keras, Tensorflow, Pytorch).
- Conocimientos avanzados de bases de datos relacionales (principalmente SQL) y fuentes no relacionales/NoSQL.
- Experiencia en metodología DevOps, contribución a repositorios git, monitorización del código mediante builds (docker) y testing, así como despliegues en entornos de UAT y productivos.
- Experiencia en metodología MLOps, paquetización de modelos, módulos de entrenamiento y validación, módulos de inferencia, versionamiento de modelos y monitorización de data shift para el re-entrenamiento.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
Nos encantaría si:
- Estás acostumbrado a trabajar con algunos de los siguientes paradigmas: series temporales, NLP, análisis geoespacial, reconocimiento de imágenes, etc.
- Tienes conocimientos sobre técnicas de optimización numérica: gradient descent, quasi-Newton, computación evolutiva, programación lineal, etc.
- Has trabajado con soluciones cloud orientadas a Inteligencia Artificial: GCP (Vertex), AWS (Amazon SageMaker), Azure (MLFlow). Y la realización de prototipos/productos web en frameworks ágiles.
- Tienes experiencia con entornos Big Data y haber tratado volúmenes de datos que requieran entornos distribuidos (pyspark y Databricks).
- Que poseas conocimientos en herramientas de visualización: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Shiny, Spotfire, etc.

Mission
- Develop Marketing Science solutions in the area of media analytics
- Support the product development during concept testing phases, scaling and production
- Transform proofs-of-concept into scalable, production-ready code
- Develop, implement and standardize marketing science solutions in proofs-of-concept and prototypes
- Continuously improve the efficiency of the marketing science products (e.g. ensure quality by adherence to coding guidelines, documentation and reproducibility)

¿Quiénes somos?

¿A quién buscamos?
Un/a Data Scientist con al menos 2 años de experiencia que quiera implicarse en un proyecto fintech con retos técnicos relevantes y posibilidades de expansión profesional.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Diseñar y desarrollar modelos predictivos y de clasificación usando Python y librerías modernas de Machine Learning.
- Extraer, limpiar y transformar datos para su análisis (ETL, pipelines, gestión de datos faltantes, feature engineering, etc.).
- Aplicar técnicas de analítica avanzada para resolver desafíos reales del negocio, proponiendo hipótesis, generando estadísticos descriptivos y evaluando resultados.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares (riesgos, negocio, tecnología), traduciendo las necesidades del negocio a soluciones basadas en datos.
- Apoyar en la monitorización de modelos, propagación de errores y puesta en producción.
Lo que valoramos (y te ayudará a destacar)
- Dominio de Python y experiencia trabajando con librerías de ML/analítica avanzada (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc.).
- Buen bagaje en la construcción de pipelines de datos y procesamiento de datos para modelado.
- Experiencia previa en sector fintech o financiera, especialmente en riesgos.
- Conocimiento o experiencia en ALM (Asset Liability Management).
- Inglés hablado/escrito de nivel mínimo B1 (y ganas de mejorarlo).
