We are looking for a Graduate Business Intelligence Data Analyst to support the WW Industrial Print Services organization (IPCS).

As a BI Developer and Data Analyst you will design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor company, product, and business performance and KPI's.

The BI developers work with other team members from across the world to develop BI solutions and provide support to the BI systems and ongoing analysis needs.

This includes understanding the data and where to get it, extracting the data, processing it, optimizations, and turning data into insights and graphical representation in the BI platform (Tableau/Power BI).

Job Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Effectively tells stories with the data using visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau is a must) to demonstrate insight impact and business value.
• Data Gathering and Analysis: Basic experience on working with multiple data sources and data transformation methods.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate requirements into dashboard designs.
• Dashboard Maintenance: Monitor dashboard performance and support with applying quality measures.
• Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and dashboard specifications to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on how to interpret and use dashboards effectively.
• Maintains proficiency within the Business Intelligence domain by keeping up with technology and trend shifts.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with Data bases, SQL & Python for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau (is a must).
• Knowledge on data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics algorithms, methodologies, and approaches – is a plus
• Knowledge or experience with MS Excel- is a plus
• Experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions in general – is a plus
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent English is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

• Diseñar, implementar y optimizar modelos de aprendizaje automático enfocados en eficiencia operativa y predicción de ventas.
• Explorar y procesar grandes volúmenes de datos, garantizando su calidad e integridad.
• Crear dashboards interactivos y visualizaciones impactantes que ayuden a los equipos de operaciones y ventas a entender los datos y tomar mejores decisiones.
• Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos de producto, ingeniería, operaciones y ventas para entender sus retos y proponer soluciones basadas en datos.
• Aplicar técnicas estadísticas avanzadas como regresión, pruebas de hipótesis o análisis de series temporales para prever tendencias y mejorar procesos.
• Diseñar y analizar experimentos A/B para validar hipótesis y optimizar resultados.
• Trabajar con herramientas cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) y tecnologías de Big Data para desarrollar soluciones escalables y eficientes.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de una cultura de datos sólida, participando en la definición de políticas de gobernanza y buenas prácticas.

Lo que te hará triunfar:

• +2 años de experiencia en ciencia de datos, análisis o machine learning, preferiblemente aplicados a operaciones y ventas.
• Dominio de Python o R, junto con bibliotecas como Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Conocimiento sólido en SQL y experiencia consultando bases de datos complejas.
• Experiencia utilizando herramientas de visualización como Tableau, Power BI o matplotlib.
• Familiaridad con plataformas cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Habilidad para traducir resultados técnicos en mensajes claros y accionables para stakeholders no técnicos.
• Mentalidad proactiva, enfoque en la colaboración y pasión por resolver problemas complejos.
