About the role

• Support the recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Provide support in training and development: tracking attendance, managing documentation, and course logistics.
• Collaborate in HR administration: managing employee records, vacation tracking, and database updates.
• Contribute to internal communication and engagement initiatives.
• Participate in Diversity & Inclusion projects.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, reporting, and HR documentation.
