We are looking for a lawyer specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law with a high level of English.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial law matters.
• Participate in corporate transactions (M&A), including due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of contracts.
• Manage corporate operations such as company incorporations, capital increases, restructurings, among others.
• Draft, review, and negotiate national and international commercial contracts.
• Provide ongoing legal support to clients in the development of their business activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions.
• Act as a direct point of contact for both national and international clients.
• Monitor applicable regulations and advise on legal compliance matters.

Profile Required :

• Law degree. A Master’s degree for admission to the Bar is a plus.
• Previous experience in corporate/commercial law (experience in a law firm is highly valued).
• High level of English (minimum C1), essential for the role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts.
• Experience or interest in corporate transactions (M&A).
• Proactive profile with strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic and international environments.
