YOUNG Coffee is not an idea.

It’s a live hospitality business, already operating in Valencia, with a clear plan to scale to 10 locations across Spain and the Netherlands.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator who wants to build, lead, and scale this business as a co-owner, not as a traditional employee.

Who we’re looking for

Someone who:

• Thinks like a founder, not an employee
• Is comfortable being hands-on today to build something much bigger tomorrow
• Wants real responsibility, real ownership, and real skin in the game
• Has experience in hospitality / F&B / operations
• Is based in Valencia and available to work on-site

Coffee experience is a plus — operational and business mindset matter more.

The role (what you’ll actually do)

You’ll co-own and lead YOUNG Coffee together with the group.

Operations

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the café
• Be present on-site, close to customers, team, suppliers, and numbers
• Step into operations when needed
• Set a calm, structured, high-standard working culture

Business & P&L ownership

• Full ownership of the café’s P&L
• Control costs, margins, suppliers, and labor efficiency
• Take responsibility for financial performance

Systems & scaling

• Turn daily execution into clear systems and SOPs
• Define the “YOUNG Coffee way” of operating
• Build the operational blueprint to scale across multiple locations

Growth & Ownership

This role is designed to evolve into real co-ownership.

• You start by running and improving the business
• You earn ownership through execution, results, and leadership
• You scale from one flagship location to multiple sites
• You act as a co-founder within the YOUNG platform
