Your Responsibilities

Manage operationally and functionally the Projects he/she is assigned to

• Manage OEM/OES Projects (Component, System with known technology components, …)

La persona seleccionada desarrollará su actividad en proyectos dirigidos a investigar los mecanismos moleculares y mediadores implicados en el remodelado vascular aórtico. Sus funciones principales incluirán:

• Manejo y seguimiento de modelos múridos de patología aórtica.
• Monitorización de la presión arterial en distintos modelos animales.
• Aplicación de técnicas de imagen avanzada y no invasiva.
• Empleo de metodologías de biología molecular y celular, inmunología, transcriptómica y proteómica.
• Desarrollo e implementación de enfoques genéticos y farmacológicos en modelos animales.
  
  

Experiencia requerida

Se Requiere

• Amplia experiencia en laboratorio de investigación biomédica y al menos 6 años de experiencia postdoctoral.
• Acreditación oficial para el trabajo con animales de experimentación: Certificados para Funciones A, B, C y D (Orden ECC/566/2015).
• Experiencia en el uso de modelos múridos de aneurisma aórtico, hipertensión e hipertrofia cardíaca.
• Experiencia en transducción lentiviral in vivo, gestión y mantenimiento de colonias de ratones modificados genéticamente.
• Manejo de sistemas de medición de presión arterial y análisis de técnicas de imagen no invasiva en ratón.
• Sólida experiencia en técnicas de biología molecular, incluyendo: Western blot, ELISA, inmunoprecipitación, ensayos pull-down, PCR, clonaje molecular y diseño y generación de lentivirus.
• Experiencia en técnicas de biología celular, como: Aislamiento y cultivo de células de músculo liso vascular y células del sistema inmune. Transfección celular, ensayos de actividad transcripcional por luciferasa, e inmunofluorescencia.
• Conocimientos en técnicas histológicas.
• Familiaridad con análisis de datos proteómicos y transcriptómicos.
