IT Resilience Consultant

The opportunity

We are looking for an IT Resilience Consultant to join our team. You will have the chance to assist entities in implementing effective processes and controls to mitigate these risks and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with different stakeholders and be involved in monitoring and reporting on risks.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and Business Continuity Plans and Procedures (BCPs)
• Review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols
• Develop Business Impact Analysis (BIA) for different business areas
• Conduct risk assessments for various business areas and processes, analysing the potential business impact of unpredictable disruptions: natural disasters, security breaches, legal claims, market disruptions, etc.
• Support the planning, design, and execution of continuity tests, both technological and non-technological (walkthroughs, desktop tests, call tree tests, crisis management simulations, contingency/disaster recovery tests, backup recovery tests, etc.)
• Collaborate with IT staff to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of a disaster
• Identify and implement recovery operations and methods that allow the company to function at limited or partial capacity
• Align the crisis management plan with established best practices and international standards

As part of our Field Services Technician team, you’ll provide expert-level installation and Servicess of cutting-edge technology. As a technician, you will have the opportunity to maximize your earning potential by leveraging Services and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on you to act with honesty and integrity as you offer what they have been looking for — peace of mind.

• Exceptional customer Services skills
• Sales experience – car sales, retail sales, insurance sales, B2C sales, call center experience
• Field technician experience – cable installation, internet Installation, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar technician
• Clean driving record and valid license

Physical Demands Of The Job

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.

¿Qué harás?

El objetivo del puesto es proporcionar un excelente soporte y asesoramiento a nuestros clientes de Empresas de Trabajo Temporal, Outsourcing… Dar soporte a los clientes en el manejo de las aplicaciones, formación y labores de apoyo en la resolución de dudas e incidencias. Utilizar herramientas de IA para optimizar las tareas de soporte y mejorar la experiencia del usuario. Colaborar en el desarrollo e implementación de asistentes y agentes de IA para soporte HR/Payroll. Detectar patrones de incidencias y proponer mejoras de proceso y producto.

Este puesto es para ti si…

Tienes formación en Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, Económicas, ADE o formación de postgrado en materia laboral o RRHH o has trabajado en departamentos laborales de grandes empresas, asesorías laborales, ETT, o dando soporte en softwares de RRHH y nómina. Si te gusta la tecnología aplicada a RRHH y disfrutas ayudando a otros. Tienes buenas dotes comunicativas y de atención al cliente. Excelentes habilidades sociales y orientación al cliente. Interés real en el uso de IA aplicada al Soporte y a la mejora de procesos. Se valorará muy positivamente tener conocimientos en nómina, facturación o contabilidad y manejo de la aplicación NET4 de Nivel IV.

Seguro médico.

Horario de Lunes a Jueves de 09:00 a 17:30 y jornada intensiva los viernes de 08:00 a 15:00.Horario de verano de 08:00 a 15:00 durante los meses de Junio, Julio, Agosto y Septiembre.

Formación y acompañamiento desde el inicio. Ambiente joven, dinámico y profesional.

La retribución se pactará individualmente según idoneidad del perfil al pesto ofertado. Incorporación inmediata.
