- Documentar procesos, decisiones de producto y aprendizajes para replicabilidad.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia trabajando en producto digital, diseño de servicios o como parte de un equipo en startups o negocios tech.
- Has lanzado productos, features o MVPs que han llegado a usuarios reales (ideal si también has medido impacto y aprendido de ellos).
- Formación universitaria en Ingeniería o como Diseñador/a de Producto Digital (UX, UI, HCI, diseño de interacción o similar).
- Conocimientos sólidos de herramientas de diseño y desarrollo (Figma, Make, Webflow, Airtable, Notion, APIs…).
- Te defines como una persona AI-first, automatizas procesos y utilizas herramientas de IA para trabajar más rápido y mejor.
- Puedes diseñar wireframes, user journeys y documentación funcional clara.
- Hablas con usuarios, entiendes sus problemas y conviertes eso en soluciones que funcionan.
- Eres autónomo y no necesitas esperar a que te digan qué hacer.
- Inglés avanzado (trabajamos con clientes internacionales).
- Mentalidad de producto: obsesión por el usuario, el problema y la solución que crea valor.
- Capacidad para simplificar, priorizar y comunicar decisiones.

E-COMMERCE PRODUCT MANAGER ZARA (TEMPORARY CONTRACT)
Define, plan and execute the online commercial strategy for the season for international markets and lines assigned, selecting the product and setting the commercial, distribution and communication directives, in order to reach the established objectives.
Position duties:
-Provide information and content necessary to the press minisite of their brand and the different showrooms to promote the appearance of the product.
-Define the image of the product for their department for each campaign, deciding on the presentation of the product, the necessary looks and desired details with the Image team.
-Assess and select the product with the objective of having a product adapted to the international markets , while establishing the special gaps or needs in their markets.
-Define, plan and execute the commercial strategy of the product: Product life cycle, Collection updates, Coordination with the clothing collection (cross-selling), Inclusion of the product in special content, etc.
-Define and plan the correct times and quantity of merchandise to stock the online shop, and defining the initial roll-out of the product in the international markets.
-Guarantee the availability and quality of the necessary content to be able to sell the products: Graphic material, descriptions, translations, product details, etc.
-Proposal of comprehensive communication plans, (on and off) in different communication channels: web, social networks, etc. Coordinate the strategy and development of graphic material to carry out marketing activities.
-Generate web metric analysis for the detection of product and web merchandising needs, producing interesting findings for the business areas.
Academic training:
-Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, Economics, Advertising or similar.
-Master or higher degree in Communication, E-Commerce, Commercial Management or Marketing, qualifications specialising in fashion companies will be highly regarded.
Specific knowledge:
-High level of English and Spanish.
-High knowledge of Fashion and Trends.
-Sales and Marketing.
-Analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
-Knowledge of Google Analytics or/and Marketplaces will be highly regarded.
