Department Summary

We are seeking a motivated intern to support the navify Portal team at Roche. The intern will be instrumental in driving the adoption of a key technical component of the navify Portal among internal stakeholders. The role requires a proactive approach to collect and organize feedback from both technical and business stakeholders, to ensure that product functionalities meet the highest standards and address user needs.

The Opportunity

• Actively promote the use of the navify Portal's technical component within the organization, demonstrating its value and benefits to internal stakeholders
• Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to gather detailed feedback on product functionalities, both from a technical and business perspective
• Analyze and structure the collected feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement
• Develop well-defined functional and non-functional requirements based on the synthesized customer feedback to guide future product improvements
• Propose strategic directions for the future development of the technical component
• Work closely with the navify Portal product owner and product managers to define and prioritize the scope of further development, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
• Facilitate communication between the product team and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of the development work required

• Must have graduated from a University degree program

• You possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Your problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and adaptability enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment
