Job Responsibilities
- Follow an Agile SDLC to develop and deliver product features to the native iOS Nutmeg application
- Take ownership of tasks from the estimation stage right through until the release stage and post production
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve existing or newly-identified prioritised defects
- Write tests for all code you deliver and adhere to best practices/standards, ensuring high-quality code
- Take ownership of, or assist others with, bi-weekly releases and associated processes
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and continuous development and learning for yourself and your colleagues
- Be someone who enjoys knowledge sharing, who is keen to attend and participate in some of the many skill share sessions we regularly hold in the iOS team and across the wider Engineering department.
- Propose/contribute/collaborate on Technical Initiatives - improving and evolving the existing codebase and toolset
- Be keen to ensure that we focus on solving the essence of the problem rather than merely dealing with the symptoms
- English working proficiency is a must, you will be working with the team in London
- Commercial experience on native iOS mobile application development
- Good Knowledge of object-oriented programming with Swift, Xcode
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience writing unit tests using XCTest framework
- Experience with the MVVM + Coordinator design pattern and other relevant architecture patterns like SOLID
- Experience with best practices in mobile design (human interface guidelines, threading, etc)
- Good knowledge of core iOS libraries and frameworks (e.g. UIKit, SwiftUI, Foundation, Security, Combine)
- Experience with iOS application deployment (testing, approval, publishing to Apple store)
- Experience with automated CI/CD processes and tools (we use Bitrise but this is not a pre-requisite)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting in order to maintain a production application
- Good understanding of REST and what it means to work with APIs
- Experience with Git flow
- Good communication skills, you can work well within a delivery team and manage interactions with other parts of the organisation, such as Product and Operations
- Curious about new ways of working and open to different approaches and ideas
- Proactive and willing to help others put forward ideas
- Experience writing UI tests using XCUITest or other framework
- Experience building or working with Design Systems (UI Development, White-labelling)
- Experience with modularisation and dependency injection

Descripción
- Revisar nuevos requisitos de producto y colaborar con los equipos de Product Development y Product Owners.
- Preparar casos de prueba y diseñar planes de test completos.
- Aportar ideas y soluciones innovadoras para la validación de productos.
- Asistir en la definición y seguimiento del timeline de pruebas.
- Ejecutar pruebas y reportar defectos de manera estructurada.
- Preparar informes de test y documentación asociada.
- Diseñar pilotos, gestionar su ejecución y revisar instalaciones.
- Medir y analizar el rendimiento mediante KPIs.
- Identificar riesgos, incidencias y dependencias, escalando cuando sea necesario.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Experiencia de 3 a 6 años en funciones de QA.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de test management (Testrail, Testlink, Xray…).
- Nivel B2 de inglés y fluidez en español.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas y capacidad analítica.
- Competencias de gestión del tiempo, organización y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo plazos ajustados y adaptarse a prioridades cambiantes.
- Conocimiento básico de scripting/programación.
- Experiencia en sistemas operativos y dispositivos móviles (iOS, Android) - valorará positivamente.
- Experiencia con equipos de laboratorio electrónico (osciloscopios, multímetros, analizadores de espectro…) - valorará positivamente.

Tu Misión 🎯

Requisitos Técnicos 🛠️
Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia demostrable en desarrollo nativo.
Para perfiles Android: Dominio experto de Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose y patrones de diseño (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Para perfiles iOS: Dominio experto de Swift, Xcode, SwiftUI y manejo de dependencias (CocoaPods/SPM).
Herramientas: Experiencia con Git, CI/CD pipelines y consumo de APIs RESTful.
Calidad: Conocimientos en pruebas unitarias y automatizadas (JUnit, Espresso, XCTest).
Requisitos de Idioma y Soft Skills 🗣️
Alemán: Nivel mínimo B2 (capacidad para participar en reuniones técnicas y documentación).
Inglés: Nivel B2 (valorable para comunicación interna global).

What your future position looks like:
- You will play a role in the design and development of our solution, on both functionally and technically sides.
- Your toolset will include Django (Python 3.11), React (Js and Native), PostgreSQL15, DynamoDB, Redis and more.
- Producing top-notch code for our back office will be a key responsibility.
- You'll also actively participate in defining and implementing new features within the development team.
Our stack is fully automated with push-to-deploy on both frontend and backend. We use Kubernetes and AWS, and our CI is self-hosted. Our methodology is based on agile principles, with weekly releases to production and staging to iterate, gather feedback, and drive progress.
You will be a good fit to join us if you:
- You are a master student in engineering, computer science or any equivalent degree from a top rated engineering program in France
- You are based in Paris as it’s required to be on-site
- You are looking for a final year internship from 4 to 6 months with possibility to switch to full-time
- Have professional proficiency in English (French is a plus)
