We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team at Oracle-NetSuite. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data capturing infrastructure, metrics definitions and engineering tooling solutions for NetSuite and other internal projects. You will also participate on development of staging and testing environments in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and in design discussions with the team, contributing your ideas to help shape the future of our products (code review, planning). You will be creating and improving our current service deployment infrastructure using automation and the latest cloud capabilities to improve agility, reliability, and observability.

This position is focused more on a development work using industry leading technologies with a great opportunity to learn and grow. This is not an on-call position, and while you may be required to react quickly to operational issues during common business hours, most of your time will be spent on planned projects.

¿Qué harás en este puesto?

• Como Scrum Master, serás una pieza clave en el equipo, trabajando codo a codo con el Product Owner y el Equipo de Desarrollo.

Tus principales funciones incluirán:

• Facilitar las operaciones previas a la transformación de datos, buscando la simplificación y reducción de procesos.
• Apoyar activamente al Product Owner y al Equipo de Desarrollo para garantizar la entrega de valor a nuestros clientes.
• Fomentar un entorno de colaboración y mejora continua.
• Resolver conflictos de manera efectiva, promoviendo el crecimiento personal y la autodisciplina dentro del equipo.
• Contribuir a la planificación estratégica para alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti? 🤔

Requisitos Imprescindibles ✅

• Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo utilizando metodologías Agile y Scrum.
• Conocimiento profundo de los principios de Scrum y la metodología Agile.
• Manejo fluido de herramientas de gestión de proyectos Agile como Jira, Clubhouse, Pivotal Tracker, Trello, ScrumDesk o VivifyScrum.
• Experiencia práctica con aplicaciones como Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Velocity Chart y Task Board.
• Habilidades probadas en resolución de conflictos, desarrollo personal, autodisciplina y planificación estratégica.
• Grado Superior de titulación.

Requisitos Deseables 💯

Contar con certificaciones CSM (Certified Scrum Master) será un valor añadido 🌟 muy importante para tu candidatura.

Mission

As AI & Data Analytics intern, your main responsibilities will involve:
