• Experience: Proven success as a Software Engineer.
• Technical Mastery:
• Core Skills: Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin.
• Supplementary Knowledge: Git, Bash.
• Methodical Skills: Proficient in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
• CI/CD Expertise: Knowledge of pipeline tools, setup, and operation.
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Azure.
• Testing Practices: Familiar with JUnit and SpringContracts.

Requisitos:

• 2-3 años de experiencia en el departamento de backoffice de una entidad financiera o similar.
• Conocimiento de operaciones financieras (leasing, renting, préstamos), herramientas y documentación relacionadas.
• Gestión documental y KYC.
• Experiencia en gestión de llamadas y resolución de incidencias.

Marketing Specialist

Estrategia de Marca

• Supervisar la implementación de la estrategia de marca en los hoteles asignados
• Apoyar a los hoteles en la aplicación de la estrategia de marca en sus planes de marketing
• Retroalimentar continuamente la estrategia para maximizar oportunidades
  
  

Planificación de Marketing

• Participar activamente en la definición y diseño del Plan de Marketing Anual
• Colaborar en la elaboración de los Planes de Marketing de los hoteles asignados
• Asegurar que los planes estén alineados con la estrategia de marca y objetivos comerciales
• Definir y ejecutar todos los assets necesarios para la comercialización multicanal
  
  

Relaciones Públicas

• Coordinar y gestionar las visitas de prensa en los hoteles asignados
• Asegurar el correcto proceso de recepción y atención a medios
  
  

Gestión Presupuestaria

• Realizar seguimiento del presupuesto de marketing de los hoteles asignados
  
  

Nuevas Aperturas

• Desarrollar e implementar planes de marketing para pre-aperturas
• Ejecutar acciones necesarias y coordinar lanzamientos con el Director de Marketing Global para hoteles clave
  
  

Social Media y Contenidos

• Revisar y supervisar el calendario de contenidos en redes sociales de los hoteles de la zona
• Apoyar la creación de contenido en hoteles con perfil en redes sociales
• Asegurar la correcta implementación del contenido según la estrategia de marca
  
  

Partnerships

• Ejecutar acciones de colaboración con socios según la estrategia de marca donde corresponda
  
  

Perfil Buscado

• Experiencia en marketing hotelero o turístico
• Capacidad para coordinar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación
• Visión estratégica combinada con capacidad de ejecución
• Conocimiento en gestión de redes sociales y contenido digital
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo con diferentes departamentos
