Key Responsibilities

El Product Manager Senior será responsable de la rentabilidad y crecimiento de la gama de productos bajo su área. Aportará soporte a la definición, gestión, seguimiento e introducción de la gama de productos, trabajando en diferentes aspectos relevantes, tales como la segmentación, identificación de target groups, posicionamiento del producto con una clara USP y desarrollo de material de soporte a la venta. Será responsable también de conocer las necesidades del mercado y la propuesta de la competencia en cuanto a productos y servicios, reportando directamente a la Dirección de Marketing.

· Identificar, especificar y cuantificar las oportunidades de mercado para productos de la cartera actual y nuevos desarrollos.

· Analizar el mercado y la competencia (cuotas, novedades, precios, etc.) nacional e internacional.

· Analizar el ciclo de vida del producto y proceder a la promoción, relanzamiento, rediseño del producto en fases de declive o bajas.

· Seguimiento periódico de la evolución de ventas, márgenes y otros KPIs de los productos bajo su responsabilidad.

· Definir y actualizar la gama de productos para cada categoría, desarrollando una oferta de producto atractiva para el cliente.

· Desarrollar y presentar briefings y tests previos al lanzamiento de producto para su estudio por parte de dirección.

· Colaborar con otros departamentos para la concepción de un producto en todas sus dimensiones (diseño, embalaje, paletizado, resolución de dudas e incidencias etc.).

· Contactar regularmente con los departamentos comerciales y filiales para recoger información de necesidades de los distintos mercados.

· Planificar, desarrollar, gestionar todas las fases de lanzamiento de nuevos productos, cambios de ingeniería y bajas.

· Planificar campañas de marketing para el producto, su proceso de venta, etc.

· Preparar especificaciones detalladas tanto de usuario como técnicas y documentación de producto.

· Formar a la fuerza de ventas

Requisitos:

Licenciatura en ADE, Económicas o Marketing, Publicidad y Comunicación con especialización o experiencia contrastada como Product Manager.

· Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Product Manager; valorable experiencia en Multinacional.

· Valorable experiencia en sector bricolaje, ferretería y/o menaje o en productos para el hogar.

· Idiomas: castellano y/o catalán nativos, inglés alto indispensable, francés y/o italiano valorable.

· Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office.

· Valorable experiencia en análisis de paneles Nielsen, GfK, etc.

· Persona emprendedora, empática, con iniciativa, proactiva, analítica y que sepa trabajar en equipo.

About The Role

As a Product Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our platform. You require a deep understanding of user needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional solutions that align with both user requirements and business objectives. You engage directly with clients to conduct product discovery, gather user feedback, and share insights with the Product Owners.

In this role, you take full ownership of user setup, roles, and permissions within our platform during the client processes.
