You will join us as our new Associate Product Manager here at Product Madness. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and optimization of an existing game, where you will learn the processes and skills needed to be a top Product Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete the product roadmap, analyze player behaviour, and help deliver features that improve engagement, retention, and monetization. This role will suit someone at the beginning of their career or looking to move into a product manager role. You do not need to have experience in the gaming industry, however we will be looking for you to have a passion towards gaming. This is a junior level role where you will be given the guidance, support and training to excel your career.

What You'll Do

• Generate visions and ideas for a social or mobile game, its market position and features that are engaging and highly monetizable.
• Aid with the conversion of ideas to detailed concepts, test them with users and assist on the decision on their implementation - often owning features/optimizations from ideation to delivery.
• Learn to create wireframe screens, mockups and user flows for new product features and content.
• Gather and synthesize player feedback through surveys, reviews, and in-game data to inform product decisions.
• Work with our team of product managers, artists, engineers to learn how to prioritize tasks, manage the roadmap and help ensure implementation is driven.
• Learn to define, measure and analyze critical metrics and base your priorities/decisions for next steps on metrics.
• Performing systematic A/B tests (split testing).

We are looking for a Product Engineer to develop our battery system towards commercialization. We want you to be part of the entire design process, to interact with the partners who will manufacture it, and to learn from the clients that will use it.

As one of our first employees, we are looking for a curious and proactive ‘builder’ that is motivated with the challenge of joining an early stage company like Bihar.

🎯 What we Need

• Degree on industrial design, mechanical engineer or similar + sensibility for good design.
• A “builder” mindset: you like sketching, 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, and iterating.
• Strong CAD skills (Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, plastics, assembly) and certification.
• Ability to work with electrical and electronic components.

¿Cuál es tu principal misión?

• Solving UX problems from A to Z, in a complex technology platform with complex business connections.
• To deliver prototypes and design for the different initiatives in the product team.
• Understanding and adapting to flexible and changing priorities.
• Create customer journey maps, wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes to ideate on the concepts and communicate product vision to the stakeholders (Design Thinking Methodologies).
• Collaborate with the design thinking activities and functional team to propose innovative solutions for digitalization.
• Coordinate other UX members to create new impact solutions.

EXPERIENCE

• +2 years in similar positions as a JR Product Designer / UX/UI Designer.
• Recognized expertise in develop digital product design, with expert knowledge of the design software required for that discipline e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Premiere), After Effects, etc.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications Design, Interaction, Fine Arts or Graphic and Media Design
• Master in User Experience, Innovation, Research, UX/UI, CRO.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Technical knowledge in the following tools: Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Premiere or similar).
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English (is an international project so you have to do session, documentation, meetings, briefings and collaborate with other teammates in the worldwide…)
• Knowledge of emerging research approaches, tools, and ways to present findings.
• Desirable experience or knowledge in data driven, branding and design systems.

Estamos buscando a un Product Manager, en Madrid, para una compañía especializada en la fabricación de productos químicos para los sectores profesional y gran consumo.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia solida en gestión de producto y con gran capacidad analítica y enfoque comercial, que lidere el desarrollo de nuevos productos e impulse su lanzamiento al mercado.

Entre sus funciones:

• Identificación de oportunidades de innovación junto a I+D.
• Definición y ejecución de estrategias de lanzamiento.
• Gestión del ciclo de vida del producto y optimización del portafolio.
• Diseño de programas de formación técnica para clientes y distribuidores.
• Detección de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
• Análisis de mercado y seguimiento de la competencia.

Experiencia:

• 5 a 7 años de experiencia en gestión de producto.
• Experiencia preferente en sectores como adhesivos, productos químicos, materiales industriales o construcción.
• Experiencia en lanzamiento de productos, análisis de mercado y colaboración con equipos técnicos (I+D).
• Capacidad para liderar proyectos de desarrollo de producto con impacto comercial.
• Experiencia en formación técnica a clientes y soporte postventa.
• Dominio de herramientas de análisis y presentación.
• Nivel alto de inglés (valorable otros idiomas).
