Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with a high level of English proficiency to join its team in Valencia.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer requests, coordinating international orders, supporting clients, and ensuring a high-quality service throughout the sales and delivery process.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal departments such as sales, logistics, production, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries by email and phone in English and Spanish.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate information in the system.
- Coordinate order status, delivery dates, documentation, and after-sales support.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
- Support the sales team with quotations, order follow-up, and customer information.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and finance teams to solve customer issues.
- Handle complaints, incidents, and delivery delays in a professional and proactive way.
- Maintain customer data, order records, and commercial documentation updated.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and build strong long-term relationships.
- Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Back Office, or Order Management.
- High level of English, both written and spoken.
- Spanish fluency required.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, logistics, chemical, plastics, packaging, machinery, or technical environment will be highly valued.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of another European language such as French, German, Italian, or Portuguese.
- Experience working with international customers.
- Familiarity with export documentation, logistics, or supply chain processes.
