Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Support three different business areas with diverse and shifting priorities, acting as a trusted partner for their Executive Leaders.
- Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring travel arrangements and schedules are handled seamlessly from start to finish.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate meetings and events and provide operational support with precision and flexibility.
- Prepare and design presentations and materials for leadership meetings, Town Halls, and other key events.
- Manage internal procedures through corporate systems, maintain administrative consistency, and handle expense claims and ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist with translations and the regular update of internal documents and policies.
- Maintain and update important records and reports (e.g., employee statistics, ESG data, vacation records).
- Support Office and HR activities, such as employee benefits programs, learning initiatives, and health promotions.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Help shape a vibrant company culture by supporting office initiatives and social events.
- Are a natural communicator, fluent in Italian, English, and high level of Spanish — both written and spoken.

- Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Are based in or willing to relocate to Agrate Brianza (MI).
