En Devoteam estamos en búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a de Soporte IT Onsite para uno de nuestros cliente del sector de la biotecnología.
La persona incorporada formará parte del equipo de Soporte Informático y tendrá como misión realizar tareas de soporte On-site a los usuarios en lo relacionado con los servicios de puesto de trabajo.
Requisitos mínimos:
Experiencia mínima de más de 2 años en un puesto similar.
Experiencia en la gestión de soporte IT presencial al usuario, y a través de la atención telefónica y herramientas de ticketing.

Horario: de Lunes a Viernes de 7:30 a 16:30.
Principales tareas a realizar:
Atención y acompañamiento al usuario en la resolución de incidencias de N1 de: sistema operativo, terminales de la planta de microinformática, paquete office (word, excel, outlook), aplicaciones internas, active directory, licencias, certificados, zoom, teams, terminales móviles.
Gestión de herramientas de ticketing (peticiones e incidencias): registro, actualización, comunicación, documentación.
Escalado a niveles superiores (N2) en caso de ser necesario.
Gestión y mantenimiento de las salas audiovisualesConfiguración y ajuste de los dispositivos.
Conexión y revisión de cableado.
Gestión de la planta de microinformática

The Job

The Role:
We are hiring an International Agent to join our busy and fast-growing Operations and Customer services team based in Coslada, Madrid.
You will be the primary contact for clients and agents based in Middle East and Africa, as well as for the whole network of World Courier offices for shipments within these regions.
You will have the responsibility to book shipments and ensure that everything is done in a quality and timely manner so that shipments are delivered on time and in perfect conditions.
Location: Coslada, Madrid.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 (including 1 hour lunch break)
- Flexibility to cover one Sunday every 6-8 weeks, plus public holiday cover (paid as an overtime and receive an extra lieu day)
- Until the completion of the training period, you'll work all 5 days from the office. Thereafter, you can work 2 days from home (Hybrid)
- Handle enquiries from clients, agents and World Courier offices via phone and email in English and French
- Receive bookings via email and update World Courier’s internal tracking system.
- Provide quotations via email.
- Monitor and track ongoing shipments, reacting to any deviation from the plan.
- Keep clients and World Courier offices updated to the status of their shipment, especially regarding delays.
- Action all notes sent in World Courier’s internal tracking system.
- Advise clear pick up/special delivery/temperature control handling instructions to an agent or destination office on how a shipment should be managed.
- Communicate any temperature results as soon as possible after delivery, checking and noting any deviations.
- Build and maintain relationships with World Courier offices, clients, agents, airlines, handling agents and suppliers.
- Ensure internal systems are kept updated when new jobs are raised in the system.
