We’re looking for a Call Centre Specialist to join our team in Marbella.
This role is key to our sales process — you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for qualifying prospects and supporting our agents by keeping information well-organised in our CRM.
🔹 Your Main Responsibilities
This role is key to our sales process — you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for qualifying prospects and supporting our agents by keeping information well-organised in our CRM.
🔹 Your Main Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential buyers and renters
- Conduct initial lead qualification by phone (needs, budget, location, timing, motivation)
- Accurately log and update lead information in the CRM
- Assign qualified leads to the relevant real estate agents
- Upload and manage property listings on the company website (training provided)
- Fluent Spanish and English (both are essential)
- Russian is a strong advantage and a priority, but not mandatory
- Confident phone communication skills
- Experience in call centres, sales support, customer service, or real estate is a plus
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with CRM systems
- Professional, polite, and client-focused mindset
- Fixed salary: €1,500 per month
- Stable, full-time position
