We are seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market, specializing in customer service and sales activities. This role is based in the dynamic city of Lisbon and offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading direct insurance companies in the industry.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via voice and email.
• Managing claims, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In this position, you’ll work full-time (40 hours per week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
