Job Description

As Reservations Agent you will help contribute towards promoting and selling of Fairmont La Hacienda bedrooms and facilities.

A Little Bit About What You Will Be Doing

• Take telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings using appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques.
• Respond to enquiries via the website, email and letter, in a timely manner with the appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques.
• Have a good knowledge of the Resorts facilities, in order that these facilities can be sold to the guest.
• Assisting with the procedure for group bookings – inputting of rooming list, and group amendments.
• Have sufficient knowledge of the packages that are available in order that these can be sold.
  
  

Qualifications

• Service focused personality
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
• Previous experience within a similar role is preferred
• Hospitality experience is essential
• A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.
