Role

As a full time Project Leader Installations, you are responsible for coordinating installation projects across all phases: Preparation, start, execution, and completion.

You ensure that every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule and budget, and deliver a top-tier client experience.

You act as the central point of communication between clients, installers, and internal teams, making sure everything and everyone is aligned for a flawless installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination (End-to-End)
• Manage installation projects from preparation through to final delivery
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met

• Planning & Organization
• Create and manage detailed project planning on all levels
• Anticipate challenges and proactively adjust plans when needed

• Contracts & Budget Ownership
• You own both the financials and agreements behind every project.
• Prepare, monitor and manage project budgets to ensure delivery within budget and margin targets
• Create and align client contracts and scope

• Client Communication
• Maintain professional, clear, and proactive communication with clients
• Keep clients informed at all key stages of the project
• Ensure an outstanding client experience from start to finish

• Installer Coordination
• Lead and coordinate teams of installers
• Provide clear instructions, planning, and working methods
• Ensure installers have all necessary information and materials to perform seamlessly

• Budget & Materials Management
• Oversee project budgeting and cost control
• Ensure strong understanding of materials and their application
• Coordinate logistics, transport, and delivery of materials to project sites

• Quality Assurance
• Ensure installations meet Mas Maya’s high-quality standards
• Deliver a smooth execution aligned with planning and expectations

Your Profile

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Fluent in Spanish and English and full time available
• Highly proactive, organized, and flexible
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Experience in project management, preferably in installations, construction, or coatings
• Ability to coordinate and motivate installer-teams
• Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in dynamic environments
