At FEV Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Diesel Engine Calibration Project Manager / Team Leader to lead innovative powertrain projects and multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.

🚀 Lead engine calibration and validation projects from development to production.

👥 Coordinate technical teams and project activities.

🤝 Act as the main interface with customers and stakeholders.

📈 Ensure quality, timing and performance targets are achieved.

🔧 Support the development of advanced propulsion and vehicle technologies.

Experience in one or several of the following areas:

🚗 Engine Calibration & Powertrain Development

🔥 Diesel & Gasoline Engines

⚡ Hybrid & Electric Powertrains

💻 ECU Software Development & Application

✅ System Integration & Validation (SiV)

🔌 CAN Networks, Electronics & OBD

🌱 Emissions & Aftertreatment Systems (DOC, DPF, SCR, LNT)

🌡️ Climate Testing, Drivability & NVH

⚙️ Automatic Transmissions

🛡️ Functional Safety

🎯 ADAS Technologies

👥 Project & Team Management

🎓 Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering.

🌍 Professional level of English (French is a plus).

🤝 Strong customer communication and teamwork skills.

🚀 Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

💡 Knowledge of tools such as ETAS INCA, MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, PUMA, CRETA, CONCERTO, OSIRIS, INDICOM or CAMEO is highly valued.
