This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Be Doing

• Act as the technical lead for EDIS, MRP, and PPDS within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from manufacturing plants
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP planning and scheduling solutions
• Validate and oversee solutions delivered by system integrators
• Ensure proper system configuration, enhancements, and alignment with global standards
• Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical incidents
• Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Data, and Supply Chain teams
• Support testing, go-live activities, and hypercare phases
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in SAP S/4HANA planning implementations; expertise in MRP and PPDS solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Excellent skills in SAP configuration and solution design; stakeholder communication
• Strong competencies in problem-solving and requirements analysis, with a collaborative approach
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued
