Job Description

You will join a dynamic and collaborative industrial environment within the Packaging department of Lesaffre Iberica.

🎯You will be responsible for:

• Define and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all microbiology-related tasks
• Ensure proper documentation of activities to be performed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Support automation topics related to weighing systems (scales) and printers, including their integration with SAP and industrial data systems (at least AVEVA PI)
• Contribute to the implementation of automaintenance processes, including the setup and structuring of maintenance tasks
• Develop and update SOPs related to: Safety procedures, including LOTO standards
• Production and packaging processes
• ePPDS: support for the testing of the tool
• AVEVA PI : set up of the tool for all the machines and reporting ( Pi vision ); digitalization of the papers, start of the project for the MES.
• CMMS : support for the full list of spare parts & support for all the tasks that need to be completed (yearly planning).
  
  

Qualifications

👀 Who we’re looking for :

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• A first professional experience in an industrial environment is required
• English: fluent
• Spanish: professional working level required; fluent Spanish is a strong plus
  
  

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of SAP
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
• Strong affinity with digital tools and data analysis
• Knowledge of industrial systems (MES, CMMS, etc.) is a plus
• Strong team spirit, adaptable, autonomous and proactive.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
• Good communication skills

• The site is part of a broader organization of approximately 200 employees, located in Valladolid, about 1 hour from Madrid.
