- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients and assist them with inquiries or concerns across various roles
- Provide exceptional customer service or administrative support, depending on the specific job function
- Document customer interactions or work activities accurately in our systems
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Adapt to various operational needs and contribute to process improvements
- Stay informed about company products/services and relevant industry trends to provide accurate assistance
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office applications is a plus
- A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer interactions
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new experience
