Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Paid Social Manager, based in Gijón, with flexibility for some remote work. The Paid Social Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. Key responsibilities include audience targeting, campaign analysis, creating ad content, performance tracking, reporting on campaign effectiveness, and collaborating with creative teams. The role involves staying updated on emerging social media advertising trends and providing strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Paid Social Advertising, Campaign Management, and Social Media Strategy.
  • Experience with Analytics, Tracking, and Performance Measurement Tools.
  • Strong skills in Creative Content Development and Collaboration with Design Teams.
  • Understanding of Audience Segmentation, Targeting, and Retargeting Techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in media or digital agencies or similar fields is advantageous.
