Your Tasks – What you can expect as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia:

  • Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth in the Iberian region, with a clear focus on expanding our market position in Sheetfed and Narrow Web applications
  • Lead, support, and develop a regional team of sales and technical experts across multiple locations
  • Manage key customer accounts, including contract negotiations, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency
  • Define, implement, and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed & Narrow Web packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making
  • Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with global sales strategies

Your Profile - What do you bring as Regional Sales Manager Sheetfed & Narrow Web Iberia:

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, ideally with at least 5 years in a management role within the printing industry (Sheetfed and/or Narrow Web expertise is a strong plus)
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills, paired with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset and solid financial acumen
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels
  • A proactive “hunter” mentality with a strong focus on implementation and performance delivery
  • Independent and structured way of working, combined with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with common sales and CRM tools
