About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, driving performance and revenue while managing the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing. You'll combine your leadership experience and commercial drive to build a high-performing team and deliver results in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a Nordic-speaking sales team
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, HR) to support business growth
- Ensure high levels of motivation, engagement, and performance within the team
- Fluency in a Nordic language and good command of English
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and account management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Willingness to work hybrid in Málaga
