Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Olot. The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure efficient workflow, uphold quality standards, and manage a team of staff. Responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing guest concerns, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and collaborating with the team to provide excellent service. The Restaurant Supervisor will also assist with inventory management, enforce health and safety regulations, and support staff training and development.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a team effectively
• Proven experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with staff and customers efficiently
• Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
