• End-to-end platform development: Design and build scalable web and backend systems that integrate with physical network devices, telemetry, and edge data streams.
• Infrastructure automation: Lead CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• System reliability & observability: Build tools for monitoring uptime, latency, and data integrity across distributed deployments.
• Edge-to-cloud pipelines: Design robust data pipelines and synchronization frameworks between hardware telemetry and application services.
• Cross-layer collaboration: Work closely with network and hardware engineers to ensure software interfaces seamlessly with routers, access points, and local gateways.
• Security & compliance: Ensure data protection and secure network operations across geographies and jurisdictions.
• Mentorship & technical leadership: Guide junior engineers, define DevOps best practices, and enforce reliability across the stack.Qualifications:
• Backend Development: Advanced in Node.js and/or Python; experience with event-driven architectures and API design.
• Frontend Development: Skilled in React (preferred), Vue, or Angular for building operational dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Cloud & DevOps: Strong command of AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS), Vercel, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Networking & Systems: Familiarity with Linux networking, routing, and service orchestration at scale; experience in telecom, mesh, or IoT systems is a major plus.
• Database Design: Expert in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) for high-availability, real-time analytics.
• Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar tools.
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of data security, identity management, and encryption standards.

En W34 Marketing, agencia especializada en el sector del lujo con más de 14 años de trayectoria, creamos páginas web, CRM y estrategias digitales para marcas de alto nivel.
Buscamos incorporar un/a Desarrollador/a Web Full Stack con conocimientos en PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript y Flutter para reforzar nuestro equipo en Palma de Mallorca.

🚀 Lo que harás
- Desarrollar y mantener sitios web y aplicaciones interactivas con PHP, HTML5, CSS3 y JS.
- Implementar diseños responsive y experiencias visuales de alto nivel.
- Participar en el desarrollo de apps móviles con Flutter (iOS, Android, Web y Desktop).
- Colaborar con el equipo de diseño y marketing en proyectos creativos y técnicamente exigentes.
- Aportar ideas para mejorar la velocidad, rendimiento y experiencia de usuario de nuestros proyectos.

🎯 Requisitos
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en desarrollo web con PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript.
- Buen dominio de Bootstrap u otros frameworks de CSS.
- Conocimientos en WordPress o frameworks de PHP (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).
- Experiencia básica con Flutter/Dart o interés real en aprenderlo.
