Project Overview

We are looking for Catalan speakers to participate in a remote localization project designed to improve AI language models and voice technologies. Participants will review, adapt, record, and annotate Catalan text to ensure accuracy, natural fluency, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

Text Review & Localization

Proofread and refine sentences to ensure correct grammar, smooth readability, and a natural, conversational tone.

Voice Recording

Record 500 short sentences (10–20 seconds each) in a clear, natural voice using a smartphone or microphone in a quiet setting.

Data Annotation

Label and categorize content such as phone numbers, email addresses, and locations in accordance with project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Catalan speaker (all dialects welcome)
• Clear, natural speaking voice with strong reading skills
• Excellent comprehension and attention to detail
• Comfortable using smartphones or computers for recording tasks
• Ability to work independently and carefully follow instructions
• Previous experience in localization or linguistics is a plus, but not required
