Buscamos incorporar al equipo de Administración y Finanzas, una persona con un claro perfil de dirección financiera.
Habilidades necesarias:
- Planificación financiera: Desarrollar y implementar planes financieros para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
- Gestión de recursos: Supervisar la gestión de los recursos financieros, incluyendo la gestión de efectivo, la inversión y la financiación.
- Análisis financiero: Analizar los estados financieros y otros datos para tomar decisiones informadas sobre la empresa.
- Gestión de riesgos: Identificar y gestionar los riesgos financieros que pueden afectar a la empresa.
- Informes financieros: Preparar y presentar informes financieros precisos y oportunos a la gerencia y a los accionistas.
- Estrategia financiera: Desarrollar y implementar estrategias financieras para impulsar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad de la empresa.
Es importante tener en cuenta que el puesto requiere un tiempo semanal corto, con la opción de ir ampliando según se vayan tratando empresas del grupo por ello se solicita una persona freelance.
Las condiciones económicas serán pactadas en el momento oportuno según valía.
Se necesita residir en Mallorca.

Reporting to the VP Commercial & Sales EMEA your main mission will be to manage the Strategic Accounts team and to be responsible for the company’s most important global accounts in key European markets.
Job Location: based in our headquarters in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
✔️What will your day-to-day work be like?
You will drive revenue and growth by focusing on these key areas:
- Leading strategic accounts: You will lead and support a team responsible for managing and growing relationships with the most key strategic accounts.
- Driving sales and distribution: Identifying new client opportunities and managing the global distribution for European accounts.
- Managing budget and performance: You will track and analyze team performance against goals, making adjustments as needed to ensure budget targets are met for each hotel.
🔎Who is the ideal person for this position?
The successful candidate will have a blend of leadership, commercial, and analytical skills:
- Leadership & Management: You must be able to lead and mentor a team of nine, guiding them toward achieving strategic goals.
- Strategic & Commercial Acumen: You should be a skilled negotiator, capable of developing and executing strategies for managing large, complex accounts. You must also have a knack for identifying new business opportunities and a deep knowledge of the tourism industry.
- Analytical & Financial Skills: The role requires a strong ability to track performance, analyze data, and manage budgets to ensure targets are met. You should be able to make informed decisions and propose solutions based on data.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills are essential for both leading a team and negotiating with major clients.
- Problem-Solving & Creativity: You'll need to be proactive and creative in solving problems and overcoming challenges.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to be highly organized and manage multiple priorities is key.
- Bilingual: High proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory. German is a plus.
Desirable Requirements:
- Education in Tourism or Business Administration (ADE) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel: the role will involve up to 20% annual travel
