We're a boutique interior design studio located on the sunny mediterranean island of Ibiza - currently working on a range of exciting projects, both on and off the island.
As our team and workload grows at a steady pace, we are currently on the lookout for a motivated Design Assistant to join our small but mighty team.
We guide and lead all projects from A to Z, starting from the sketch and ideation phase, complete with photorealistic 3D renderings, all the way to project management and execution phase, complete with weekly site visits, FF&E procurement, and interior styling.
We embody all that is full service interior design, from drawing shop drawings for custom kitchen worktops, all the way down to choosing the colour of the serviettes, and decorative vases to give that right decorative touch.
This is a full-time, paid internship position - and is a great opportunity for someone who is in the middle of their university studies to gain valid work experience in an interior design studio that covers the full spectrum of the design process.
Our ideal candidate is: Currently studying or having recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field Proficient in Sketchup Has a driver's license and has access to own transport Can speak Spanish at a professional level Enthusiastic, open, and willing to learn Knowledge of Vectorworks a plus Knowledge of social media content creation a plus This is a full-time, paid internship position, with a starting date of June 16 2025, for a 6 month period.

¿Cuáles serán mis funciones y responsabilidades?
- Realizar la reconciliación y conciliación de cuentas contables, asegurando la correcta imputación y asignación de ingresos.
- Gestionar la emisión de facturas a clientes directos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los plazos y normativas fiscales.
- Analizar y resolver discrepancias en las cuentas de ingresos y en la facturación de los clientes.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos (Comercial, Finanzas, Contabilidad) para la resolución de incidencias y mejora de procesos.
- Participar en la preparación de informes financieros y análisis de ingresos.
- Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas proporcionando la información contable requerida.
- Mantener actualizados los registros y documentación contable conforme a las normativas internas y legales.
- Colaborar en la mejora continua de los procesos del departamento mediante la automatización de tareas y la optimización de herramientas de gestión.
Nos encantarás si tienes...
- Formación en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Finanzas o disciplinas afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en funciones similares, preferiblemente en el sector aeronáutico o empresas multinacionales.
- Conocimiento deseable en MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) y SAP o sistemas ERP similares.
- Habilidades analíticas y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Atención al detalle y capacidad de trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager
You will support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily coordination and quality control of all housekeeping operations. Your role will involve working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, while also maintaining an overview of stock levels, team schedules, and service follow-up.
You will assist in communication with the Front Office and Front of House teams to align on room readiness, guest requests, and general cleanliness of public areas. You will also help coordinate with the maintenance team to report and follow up on any technical issues in rooms or shared spaces.
This position requires an eye for detail, a hands-on attitude, and a genuine commitment to creating a warm, elegant, and well-maintained environment that reflects the soul and story of the house. Your support will be essential in ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across the housekeeping operation.
Responsibilities
· Operational role and clean, supervise and be a role model for the team
· Managing the housekeeping team: You will be responsible for cleaning, hiring, training, and managing a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry attendants, and housekeeping supervisors. You will need to ensure that they are all adequately trained in their respective roles and that they are providing the best possible service to guests.
· Room inspections: You will conduct regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure that they are cleaned and well maintained to the highest standards and that all amenities are in working order. You will also need to ensure that all housekeeping operations adhere to health and safety regulations.
· Oversee housekeeping inventory and staff scheduling to ensure sufficient supplies and optimal team coverage in line with guest needs and service standards.
· Ensure the soul and history of the house are felt daily through an elegant, warm, and curated ambiance – including flowers, scents, lighting, music, and a refined house-like feeling.
· Reporting: You will prepare regular reports on the housekeeping department's performance, including occupancy rates, cleaning standards, and staff performance.
· Guest relations: You will be responsible for building relationships with guests, ensuring that they have a comfortable and clean stay, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Language skills
Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Swedish and additional languages are highly appreciated and considered a plus.

Work Hours
Include work dayshift and evening shifts , weekends, and holidays.

La persona seleccionada será el punto de contacto principal para resolver incidencias o problemas operativos, asistirá en la gestión diaria de todas las operaciones del hotel, asegurando la máxima eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente, dará respuesta a las peticiones y preguntas de los huéspedes e intentará solucionar sus quejas, velará por la imagen pública del establecimiento y hará que los clientes se sientan bien atendidos, coordinará y supervisará los equipos de trabajo de los diferentes departamentos y participará en la planificación estratégica del hotel y en la mejora continua de los procesos operativos.
Para la posición ofertada se requiere un mínimo de experiencia de 3 años, nivel avanzado de inglés (valorando francés y/o alemán), conocimientos en SAP, flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para trabajar en el turno de tarde.
