- Contribuir a la evolución de herramientas BI y modelos financieros.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Grado en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o similar.
- 1-2 años de experiencia en FP&A o análisis financiero (preferible en entornos complejos).
- Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas BI (Power BI, Tableau).
- Conocimientos sólidos de contabilidad y USALI (Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry) – imprescindible.
- Inglés y español fluido.
- Experiencia en el sector de la hostelería será altamente valorada
- Persona orientada al análisis, con gran atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar de manera estructurada. Debe ser proactiva en la consecución de objetivos, con habilidades para identificar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar resultados de calidad. Funciones
- Interpretación de Convenios Colectivos: Gestión de la complejidad de aplicar múltiples convenios de hostelería según la provincia donde se ubique cada hotel.
- Gestión de Disciplina Laboral: Asesoramiento y redacción de cartas de sanción, despidos disciplinarios y objetivos, asegurando que se cumplan los requisitos legales para evitar declaraciones de improcedencia.
- Representación Legal: Asistencia a actos de conciliación (SMAC/UMAC) y representación de la empresa en juicios laborales en todo el territorio nacional.
- Relaciones Colectivas: Interlocución con los Comités de Empresa y Delegados de Personal. Participación en negociaciones de calendarios laborales, turnos y, si fuera necesario, MSCT (Modificación Sustancial de Condiciones de Trabajo) o EREs/ERTEs.
- Auditoría y Compliance Laboral: Supervisión de la correcta contratación, control horario, gestión de horas extraordinarias y cumplimiento en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) y Planes de Igualdad.
- Asesoramiento Operativo: Resolución de dudas diarias de los Directores de Hotel y Jefes de Departamento sobre vacaciones, permisos, excedencias y gestión de IT (Incapacidad Temporal).
- Formación: Grado en Derecho o Relaciones Laborales y RRHH. Colegiación activa preferible.
- Experiencia: 2-4 años gestionando plantillas numerosas, idealmente en el sector servicios o restauración.
- Movilidad: Disponibilidad para viajar, ya que la asistencia a juicios o negociaciones con comités locales es recurrente.

About The Job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, as the Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with guests throughout their stay, identifying their preferences and ensuring a memorable experience.
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To coordinate and communicate guest preferences with all relevant departments to ensure seamless service.
- To monitor and update guest profiles in the PMS system, ensuring accurate records of preferences and past experiences.
- To prepare personalized letters for the guest arrivals.
- To conduct courtesy calls to long-stay guests and those celebrating special occasions, ensuring exceptional experiences.
- To ensure and maintain an extremely high standard of personal hygiene, behavior, and grooming standards.
- To perform any other reasonable duties as required by the Guest Relations Manager.
Experience and education
- Previous experience in the same role is preferred.
