Funciones

• Tener una buena comprensión de los puntos de venta y las ofertas de alimentos y bebidas y ser capaz de explicárselos verbalmente a los clientes.
• Asegurar que la mise-en-place se cumpla durante el servicio para que este sea eficiente. Esto incluye tareas de limpieza, así como pulido y montaje de equipos.
• Ser capaz de procesar pedidos de alimentos y bebidas en el sistema.
• Vender adecuadamente servicios y productos a nuestros huéspedes siempre, mejorando el servicio y generando mayores ingresos.
• Mantener todos los equipos en buenas condiciones mediante el manejo diario y adecuado de todos los utensilios.
• Ayudar a recoger todas las existencias utilizadas por los clientes.
• Cualquier otra tarea razonable que le asigne el Manager del restaurante.
• Crea momentos WOW para sorprender y deleitar a los comensales en los Restaurantes a través de gestos y otras acciones.
  
  

• Have a good understanding of the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings and be able to verbally explain those to guests.
• Ensure that mise en place is completed shift to shift and during service in order to provide an efficient service. This includes cleaning tasks in front and back of house as well as polishing and assembling of equipment.
• Be able to operate the required steps on the point of sales system in order to process food and beverage orders.
• Properly up-sell services and products to our guests always, enhancing service and generating increased revenue.
• Maintain all outlet equipment and utensils in good conditions by proper day to day handling of all applicable utensils and by carrying out required side duties as assigned.
• Assist in picking up all required stocks, including linen, beverage, dried goods and others and arrange them accordingly.
• Any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
• Create WOW moments to surprise and delight guests in the Restaurants through gestures and other actions.

Duties

• Supporting all efforts to enliven our Company’s Mission, Guiding Principles and Legendary Quality Experiences throughout the hotel.
• Reporting any concerns or issues from colleagues that need further action.
• Pre-screening trainee candidates.
• Learning about recruiting and interviewing.
• Assisting in the onboarding of new employees or new trainees, request personal data and welcoming them.
• Supporting labor tasks such as collecting medical leaves.
• Internal communications: writing reports and posts internal info through the company’s communication app.
• Collaboration in the organization of employee’s internal activities.
• Assisting with the setting up for scheduled trainings and events carried out by P&C department.
• Assisting at the Trainee meeting.
• Performing any additional duties as assigned by the P&C Team.
• Collaboration in the preparation of the audit to ensure compliance to agreed codes and procedures including health and safety
  
  

• Student of Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management or Human Resources Degree.
• Chance to sign an internship agreement of 6 months with your school.
• Ability to understand effective approaches of communication with different individuals.
• Good command in Spanish & English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage.
