What You Will Do

Responsibilities

Your role as Senior Associate Director, Careers Discovery Advisor - Talent & Careers will involve
- Support students in designing their Career target, in accordance to their professional strengths and aspirations. Balancing their expectations with market appetite in their target region and industry.

Requisitos
- Máster en PRL con las 3 especialidades.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en el sector.
- Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.

Mission
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Generalist Trainee to join our People team. The successful candidate will provide support to the HR Business Partner across various HR functions, contributing to both daily operations and strategic projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the recruitment process and staff cost.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience.
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions (documentation, databases, etc.).
- Help monitor and track HR KPIs and dashboards (Recruiting, Turnover, eNPS, etc).
- Support on transversal HR projects (performance management, employee engagement, satisfaction survey, etc.).
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and execution of HR initiatives.
- Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources will be highly valued.
- Previous internship experience in an HR department is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, stress-resistant, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Good command of English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience in various HR areas.
