What You'll Do:
Join the Travel Client Strategy, Emerging EMEA team and gain hands-on experience in the successful implementation and execution of digital advertising campaigns for some of the world’s leading travel brands. As an intern, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support campaigns from initial planning through to post-campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Partner with Campaign Managers and Account Strategists to provide tailored support for global travel clients across Emerging EMEA. You'll deepen your understanding of client needs and contribute to account growth.
- Campaign Performance: Monitor, optimise, and report on campaign performance to advertisers and media agencies, ensuring delivery against KPIs.
- Forecasting & RFPs: Assist in forecasting campaign outcomes and responding to requests for proposals.
- Budget & Creative Optimisation: Manage campaign budgets end-to-end, review technical setups, and assess creatives to help exceed client objectives.
- Internal Coordination: Handle administrative tasks such as submitting requests and following up with cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Analysts, Technical Solutions, Creative Designers, Go-to-Market/Product).
- Strategic Insights: Identify opportunities for technical and strategic optimisation within the existing client portfolio.
- Process Improvement: Support the development of internal tools and processes, including automation of performance monitoring and scalable health checks.
- Learning & Development: Take part in a wide range of training sessions to build your skills and industry knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the team with daily operations and ad hoc requests.
- You’re fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You’ve completed at least one internship in sales, marketing, or client services—ideally in a tech or digital media environment.
- You’re passionate about digital media, internet trends, and continuous learning.
- You’re results-oriented, analytical, and detail-focused, with the ability to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- You bring strong business acumen and thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- You’re eligible to sign a full-time, 6-month internship contract in Spain.

What You´ll Do:
The Global Automation team builds and continuously enhances a broad range of internal tools and applications that empower Criteo´s commercial and operations teams to deliver exceptional service and maximize business impact.
In this role, you will focus on scaling recommendation systems and insights for internal users, enabling smarter decisions that drive business growth. As a UX Designer, you´ll play a key role in shaping and optimizing these products to deliver clear, actionable value.
Working within a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers, you will lead user research, translate complex data into intuitive experiences, and iterate rapidly to craft seamless, impactful designs. - You have 2+ years of experience as a UX designer, including hands-on work leading user research.

- You combine creativity with analytical thinking, using insights to inform every design decision.
- You´re comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments, working autonomously when needed.

What You´ll Do:
As part of the Business Performance Analytics (BPAX) team within Sales Strategy, your primary mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and actionable business insights that empower Criteo´s CRO and Commercial leaders to shape and drive the company´s commercial strategy.
You will apply a data-driven approach to uncover insights and explain business performance. This role involves working with large and complex datasets, requiring strong analytical curiosity, creativity in data exploration, and the ability to synthesize findings into a compelling narrative that supports strategic decision-making.
Your Mission
- Build advanced analytical views to decode and communicate global performance patterns
- Perform in-depth competitive analyses, measuring the business impact of competitors´ activities across key markets
- Leverage external and internal data to understand client behavior, identify high-value client clusters (e.g., through CLTV studies), and qualify the potential of clients and prospects across new and existing business areas
- Size business growth opportunities and risks, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for multiple levels of stakeholders
Who You Are:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar analytics role (experience in AdTech is a plus)
- A Bachelor´s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business)
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling and data interpretation
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
- Strong presentation skills (including PowerPoint), with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations
