What You'll Do:
As a member of our AXSI team, you'll be at the forefront of measurement and experimentation. Your role will be crucial in helping our clients understand and maximise their return on investment while driving innovation in the rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape.
- Incrementality measurement: Enable advertisers to quantify and understand the true value of Criteo's solutions through sophisticated measurement methodologies
- Client Consultations: Partner with advertisers to deeply understand their business objectives and define meaningful success metrics for their advertising investments
- Experimentation Design: Craft and implement robust testing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and business context
- Analysis & Communication: Transform complex experimental data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients
- Measurement Innovation: Contribute to our suite of measurement tools, enabling teams across Criteo to evaluate and optimise their initiatives
- Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage cutting-edge tech like Hadoop, Vertica, Tableau, Git, Python, and SQL to transform complex business challenges into groundbreaking solutions

- Solid foundation in statistical inference methodologies and experience in designing and analysing A/B tests

What You´ll Do:
As part of the Business Performance Analytics team within Sales Strategy, your main mission will be to deliver robust, intuitive, and consumable business insights to empower Criteo´s CRO and Commercial leaders to build and drive their commercial strategy.
You will implement a data-driven approach to uncover insights and explain business performance. This role involves working with large and complex datasets, and requires someone who is comfortable exploring data creatively to identify trends, generate insights, and build a compelling narrative that informs decision-making.
This 6-month internship role will be based out in Barcelona, and starting in August/September 2025.
Your Mission:
- Provide analytical insights on Criteo performance, changes of market environment and competition
- Size business growth opportunities / threats. Translate findings into actionable insights for multiple levels of stakeholders
- Based on external and internal data, understand client behaviours, qualify potential of clients and prospects on new and existing business
Who You Are:
- Bachelor´s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business School)
- Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical skills. Ability to structure and solve difficult problems. A good grasp of statistical modelling
- Business acumen and interest for the ad tech industry
- Hands-on experience using SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Familiarity with Python for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus
- Good presentation skills (including PowerPoint expertise) and ability to translate data into business insights & recommendations
- Very good communication skills and fluency in English
- Proactivity and commitment
