At Adrenal1ne, a creative agency specialized in events, marketing & esports.
We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer who combines artistic vision, technical execution, and a strong desire to be part of a long-term team.

If you’re passionate about multidisciplinary design, and feel comfortable moving between branding, gamer/eSports visual identity, event scenography, streaming assets, and 3D motion design, this role is for you.
We’re looking for someone who can conceptualize and produce static renders for presentations and has working knowledge of Maya for motion pieces. Someone with an eye for detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and functional focus.
We’re not looking for someone who just executes. We want someone who proposes, researches, and elevates each visual project.

Responsibilities:
- Design visual identities for brands, events, and eSports competitions
- Create graphic and motion assets for streaming and live productions (vmix, tickers, overlays)
- Design conceptual and visual proposals for event interior spaces
- Produce static renders for presentations and stage concepts
- Use Maya or other 3D tools to develop animations and motion visuals
- Design merchandising, graphic materials, and assets for audiovisual content
- Collaborate closely with production, creative direction, and client teams

Required Qualifications
- Experience as a graphic designer
- Updated portfolio including graphic design, and if possible, 3D or renders
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and other online design tools
- Knowledge of Maya (basic to intermediate, mainly for motion)
- Experience with static renders and space/environment design
- Good written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative
- Availability to travel occasionally
- Balance between artistic creativity and technical execution

Bonus Points
- Experience in events, esports, audiovisual production or similar creative environments
- Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, vmix or other streaming tools
- Strong visual criteria, attention to detail, and adaptability to different brands
- Ability to follow closed briefs and also contribute original ideas
