About the role

We are looking for a Junior Motion Grapher to join the creative team of an international FMCG brand. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of experience creating engaging motion graphics.

You will work on a variety of projects, from text and logo animations to illustration-based motion assets, helping bring the brand’s visual identity to life. A good understanding of social media language and trends is essential, as many projects will be adapted for different platforms and audiences.


Responsibilities

- Create motion graphics for campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Animate text, logos, and illustrations following brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Support with transcreation of visual assets for multiple markets.
- Edit simple video content using Adobe Premiere.
- Adapt and optimize motion content for various social media formats.
- Deliver assets on time and ensure quality and consistency across channels.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends, social media best practices, and contemporary visual references.
- Work autonomously, bringing ideas and solutions without needing constant guidance.
- Experiment creatively with motion and video editing to enhance engagement and impact.


Requirements

- 3-4 years of experience as a Motion Grapher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in graphic design and a good eye for typography and composition.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling.
- Experience with AI tools for creative design or motion is a strong plus.
- Experience in agency environments and proficiency in creating social media video content are considered strong assets.

We’re looking for an English native Copywriter with 2+ years of experience, focused primarily on writing for digital campaigns and social platforms. This role is copy-first: you’ll be crafting headlines, captions, scripts, and content that feels natural to each platform. While you’ll support brainstorming sessions, the majority of your work will be about delivering high-quality, well-crafted copy that connects.



What You’ll Do

- Write impactful copy for digital ads, social campaigns, websites, and paid media.
- Create platform-native messaging for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop sharp, scroll-stopping headlines, hooks, and short-form ad copy.
- Adapt and refine brand tone of voice across multiple formats and audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring clarity and polish to ideas and campaigns.
- Stay on top of digital copywriting trends and translate them into fresh, relevant messaging.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, pitches, and content creation for global brands


What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Art Director with proven experience in skincare who can lead the visual direction of digital campaigns and social-first content. In this role, you will not only craft layouts and adapt concepts across platforms, but also set the creative standard, mentor junior team members, and ensure that the storytelling feels fresh, premium, and platform-native. You will partner closely with strategists, copywriters, motion designers, and senior creatives to elevate ideas from concept to execution. A curiosity for AI creative tools and how they can enhance modern workflows is a strong plus.



What You Will Do

- Lead concept development and art direction for digital and social campaigns, with a focus on skincare.
- Define and design key visuals (KVs), moodboards, and storyboards that set the creative tone for campaigns.
- Partner with designers, motion teams, and copywriters, providing clear direction and elevating ideas from concept to execution.
- Ensure a consistent, premium visual language across multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Bring a strong understanding of digital culture and visual trends, translating them into forward-thinking creative work.
- Balance leadership with craft: while you will direct and oversee, you will also roll up your sleeves to design and refine assets when needed.
- Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering growth and raising the creative bar across the team.



What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director, ideally in agency or digital-first environments, with a proven track record in skincare and beauty campaigns.
- A strong foundation in graphic design prior to stepping into art direction.
- A portfolio that demonstrates high-level visual storytelling, digital-first thinking, and experience in social-first campaigns.
- Ability to merge big-picture conceptual vision with hands-on creation of compelling, polished visuals.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects a strong plus).
