We're hiring Customer Support Agents to join an international, fast-growing support team delivering high-quality customer experiences for global brands. This role offers flexibility (remote or on-site) and exposure to multicultural environments where communication, ownership, and service excellence matter.

Languages Required

Fluency in English (mandatory) and one of the following languages, listed by global usage and business demand:

German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Czech, Icelandic

What you'll do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social channels
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining service quality standards
  • Document interactions accurately using internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
