Job Description
Your mission will be to develop the sales of education programs for clients residing in Spain by means of written price quotes, phone calls and personalised interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients and sell tailored language programs
- Analyze client needs and propose customized solutions
- Prepare personalized quotes
- Follow up with clients and provide continuous support throughout the process
What We Expect From You:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / O365; experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus.
- Spanish C2 and good command of English (minimum B2); Basque is a plus!
- Strong geographic knowledge and familiarity with international destinations.
- Interest in travel and international experiences.
- Previous sales experience, especially in the travel industry, is highly valued.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
- Customer-oriented, with a focus on service quality.
- Results-driven, with a clear focus on achieving commercial targets.
- Ability to identify client needs and close sales opportunities. Persuasive, with excellent communication skills.
