Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Culinary Innovation chef based in San Sebastián. A dynamic role in a connected, multicultural team, with flexible work options and autonomy.

The Culinary Innovation chef will be responsible for identifying culinary trends, generating knowledge in avant-garde techniques, and creating new food products with high gastronomic value. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting taste tests, ensuring food safety and quality standards, and presenting culinary findings to stakeholders. Possibilities for worldwide travel within certain projects.

Qualifications

• Expertise in culinary arts and recipe development
• Experience with food research, ingredient experimentation, and culinary innovation
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on-site in San Sebastián
• Prior experience in a culinary innovation or R&D role is a plus
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
