Tus Funciones

Misión

Reportando al O&M Manager, el/la Planificador/a de Mantenimiento y Reporting será responsable de dar soporte al equipo de O&M, garantizando la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de las actividades de mantenimiento de los activos gestionados por la Unidad de Negocio. Para ello, desarrollará estrategias de mantenimiento preventivo y basado en condición, aplicando métodos, técnicas y tecnologías orientadas a la mejora continua de los procesos, con el objetivo de maximizar el rendimiento, la fiabilidad y la disponibilidad de los equipos, optimizando los costes y minimizando los tiempos de inactividad.

Asimismo, realizará el seguimiento y análisis de las desviaciones de producción, gestionará los informes de producción y mantenimiento para clientes internos y externos, e impulsará la digitalización y automatización de los procesos de análisis y reporting, contribuyendo a una toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Responsabilidades

Planificación y Programación del Mantenimiento

• Mantener actualizados en el sistema CMMS los catálogos de ubicaciones, equipos, repuestos y recursos humanos de los activos gestionados por la Unidad de Negocio.
• Planificar y programar, en coordinación con los Portfolio/Plant Managers, las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo en el CMMS, priorizando el cumplimiento del Plan Anual de Mantenimiento y la gestión del backlog, de acuerdo con el historial de mantenimiento de los equipos y las recomendaciones de los fabricantes.
• Colaborar con los equipos de Operational Excellence, Ingeniería y Mantenimiento para priorizar y planificar las reparaciones correctivas y de emergencia.
• Dar soporte a los técnicos de O&M en la ejecución de las actividades planificadas y en la resolución de incidencias y mantenimientos correctivos a través del CMMS.
• Gestionar el CMMS para el seguimiento de órdenes de trabajo, tareas de mantenimiento preventivo e información de los activos.
• Elaborar planes de trabajo detallados, definiendo los recursos humanos, materiales, herramientas y equipos necesarios para cada intervención de mantenimiento.
  
  

Coordinación de Recursos

• Garantizar la disponibilidad de repuestos, herramientas y recursos necesarios para la correcta ejecución de las actividades de mantenimiento programadas.
• Coordinar con el departamento de Compras la solicitud y disponibilidad de materiales y repuestos en los plazos requeridos.
• Coordinar con el equipo de Mantenimiento la asignación de recursos en función de las competencias y necesidades de cada intervención.
  
  

Análisis de Datos y Reporting

• Mantener registros precisos de las actividades de mantenimiento, incluyendo órdenes de trabajo, tiempos de parada de los equipos y costes asociados.
• Analizar los principales indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs) de las plantas —como disponibilidad, rendimiento y eficiencia— así como los datos de mantenimiento, identificando tendencias y proponiendo acciones de mejora.
• Elaborar y gestionar informes internos y externos de producción y mantenimiento, incluyendo el reporting mensual de resultados y el seguimiento de incidencias.
• Analizar las desviaciones de producción y comunicar los resultados a las partes interesadas.

Mejora Continua y Digitalización

• Desarrollar e implantar iniciativas orientadas a mejorar la eficiencia y la fiabilidad de los procesos de mantenimiento.
• Participar en el análisis de causa raíz de averías y proponer acciones correctivas para evitar su recurrencia.
• Colaborar en la planificación del mantenimiento a largo plazo y en la elaboración de presupuestos asociados.

Requerimientos del puesto

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Eléctrica, Electrónica o Mecánica, Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Gestión de Operaciones o cualquier otra disciplina afín, o experiencia profesional equivalente.
• Experiencia demostrable en el uso de Fracttal CMMS o de otros sistemas CMMS/GMAO similares.
• Sólidos conocimientos en procesos de mantenimiento, gestión de activos y gestión del ciclo de vida de los equipos.
• Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel, Word y Outlook) y de sistemas CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Se valorarán conocimientos de herramientas de análisis de datos y reporting, como Power BI y Python.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en planificación y programación del mantenimiento o en un puesto de características similares.

The Parcel Solution Design and Integration department is part of the business domain Distribution within Vanderlande Industries. The department is responsible for system design, testing and integration of complex Parcel systems for international customers all over the world, like DHL, FedEx or DPD Group. The integration of all components (mechanical, electronic, OT software, IT software and IT Hardware) into a working system according to specifications is especially challenging for large and complex Parcel systems. The department works in an international team setting with people from different countries with different cultural backgrounds.

Your Profile

You are an analytical problem solver who thinks in a systems perspective. You can manage small details while keeping an eye on the big picture. You like to work together in an international multi-disciplinary team of engineers.

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Affinity with IT and Industrial Automation.
• Experience, preferably in Logistics, Parcel and/or Warehousing projects.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills (advanced user in Word and Excel).
• Good knowledge of PLCs Siemens.
• Good knowledge of the mechanical, electrical and network (IT) parts.
• Basic knowledge of Systems Engineering and / or Software development.
• Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Team player.
• Proactive.
• Ability to analyze the requirements indicated in the specifications and prepare and/or adapt test plans accordingly.
• Coordination with the different work fronts (installation and commissioning) to verify the completion of areas/elements necessary for tests.
• Predisposition to work in a demanding work environment and ability to find solutions that allow progress with the tests.
• Able to build an excellent rapport with customers.
• You are willing to travel for about 60% of the time.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of automated test-tools (execution, result registration, test management) is preferred.

Responsabilidades y Requisitos

Como técnico del taller de reacondicionamiento KION ITSEMEA Iberia, deberá ser capaz de ejecutar el mantenimiento de máquinas y sistemas mecánicos hidráulicos y componentes estéticos y/o funcionales, realizando tareas de ajuste, instalación, revisión y reparación. Realizarán instalaciones sistemáticas de acuerdo a las especificaciones del cliente. En su filosofía deben aplicar la normativa vigente para realizar el trabajo en condiciones de seguridad y calidad, cumpliendo con la normativa medioambiental.

Ejecutar las operaciones de reacondicionamiento y adecuación de equipos provenientes de Asset Management de acuerdo a las especificaciones del cliente en los plazos de entrega comprometido y con los estándares de calidad establecidos.

Formación, conocimientos & Experiencia

• Grado medio superior en mecánica automotriz ,electrónica, Metal mecánica.
• Conocimiento en electricidad/electrónica. (Deseable)
